These Terms of Service govern your use of itech.to and the remote IT support services we provide. By booking a session you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
iTech is a remote IT support service. We connect to your computer through Getscreen.me to diagnose and resolve technical issues live, with you watching every step.
2. Booking and payment
You book a session by selecting a service, choosing a time slot, and paying through our Stripe checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees. After payment you receive a confirmation email containing the unique Getscreen.me link for your session.
3. The session
At your booked time, click the link in your email to start the session. The technician will connect to your screen with your permission. You can see every action taken and can end the session at any time by closing the browser tab.
4. What we can and cannot fix
We support Windows PCs and laptops only. We do not currently support macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android. Some issues may require hardware repair or replacement which is outside the scope of remote support — if this is the case we will tell you immediately and not charge you.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your booked slot for a full refund
- Cancellations with less than 1 hour's notice are non-refundable
- If we are unable to fix the issue, a full refund is issued automatically
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe
6. Your responsibilities
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection during the session
- Be present at your device for the duration of the session
- Back up any important data before the session (we recommend this as a precaution)
- Have administrator access to your computer
7. Limitation of liability
We take all reasonable care during sessions. However, iTech is not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any remote session.
8. Privacy
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at itech.to/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
