Hi — I'm the technician behind iTech.
I started this service because friends and family kept asking me the same kinds of questions: "My printer stopped working", "Windows is suddenly slow", "How do I install Office?" Every time the answer was the same: I'd connect to their computer, fix it in 20 minutes, and they'd thank me as if I'd performed magic.
What I noticed was that most people don't need a tech-savvy friend. They just need someone trustworthy who shows up at a scheduled time, tells them what's going to happen, and fixes the problem while they watch — without selling them a new laptop or talking down to them.
That's iTech. No upsells. No sales pitches. No cold calls. You book a slot, you see the price upfront, you watch every step on your own screen, and if I can't fix it you don't pay.
What we stand for
Full transparency
You watch every action on your screen. Nothing happens without your knowledge.
Plain language
No jargon, no condescension. We explain what we're doing and why.
No fix, no charge
If we can't solve your problem in the session, you pay nothing.
Your privacy first
Sessions run through Getscreen.me with encrypted connections. You can end at any time.
How a session works
You pick a service and a time slot, pay securely via Stripe, and receive a Getscreen.me link by email. At the appointed time you click the link — one click, no software to install — and I connect to your screen. You watch everything in real time. When it's done, the connection closes automatically.
