iTech provides remote IT support services through this website (itech.to). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data-protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

When you book a session or contact us, we collect:

Name and email address — required to deliver your remote-support session link
Phone number — only if you choose to provide it
Service selected, appointment date and time
Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
Standard server log data (IP, browser, pages visited)

2. How we use your data

To send your Getscreen.me session link and appointment confirmation
To process your payment via Stripe
To respond to any support or billing queries you send us
To comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoice records)

We do not use your data for marketing, and we never sell it to third parties.

3. Remote sessions

Remote sessions are conducted via Getscreen.me. During a session, the technician can see and control your screen only while you are connected. You can end the session at any time by closing the browser tab. We do not record sessions or retain any files from your computer.

Your control: You initiate the connection, you can see everything happening on screen, and you can disconnect at any moment. We never access your computer outside of an active, paid session.

4. Data retention

We retain booking records (name, email, service, date) for up to 2 years for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@itech.to.

5. Third-party processors

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card data.
Getscreen.me — remote session delivery. Sessions are encrypted end-to-end.
WP Mail SMTP / your email provider — for sending confirmation emails.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@itech.to.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for the booking and payment process (WooCommerce session cookie, Stripe). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
