Not sure which service is right for your problem? Email info@itech.to with a one-line description of what's wrong and I'll point you to the right one. No charge for that — describe the symptom, get an honest answer.

Business / bulk support

Running a small business and want a single technician on tap for your team? Email info@itech.to with how many machines you have and what you typically run into.

Common questions

I need a refund — what do I do?

Email info@itech.to with your booking details and we'll process it within 1 business day. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes — email us at least 1 hour before your slot and we'll move it to a new time at no charge.

Do you support Mac or mobile devices?

Currently iTech supports Windows PCs and laptops only. Mac, iOS and Android support is not available yet.
